The Challenge

Beiamed Brows and Lashes is owned and operated by Wanda Fernandez, licensed esthetician and microblading specialist. Beiamed was born out of a single treatment room by Wanda, a talented, ambitious, and resourceful woman who believed she can make a revolutionary change in the industry. Every day, Beiamed Brows and Lashes makes that belief come true by providing excellent customer service, professional-quality work, using state-of-the-art equipment to her clients.

The Beaimed website needed a face uplift and that was where we came in. Working with Beaimeds’ partner agency we delivered a modern and professional website that clearly outlined the beauty care services they offered.

The Website

Part of the requirements was the ability to sell beauty products to her clients and training students. So we integrated an e-commerce module into the website to enable online sales and effective order management.

Strategy

With the need to regularly publish information and training, we developed an informational site using a CMS with e-commerce capabilities. Our strategy also revolved around harmonising the website theme with the new brand colors and effective imagery with focus on positioning, alignment and background.

Frustratingly the Website template we purchased did not work how I wanted. To shorten the launch process we engaged Smartecniqs, who quickly and efficiently developed our business website and worked out the nuances of the template. Now people look at the website and comment on how professional it looks.
