We are looking for an Integrated marketing manager to develop and manage our communication campaigns that integrate advertising, public relations, sales promotion, digital and social marketing activities to deliver consistent messages across all media.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Planning traditional marketing campaigns, including brand activations and other traditional channels, like billboards and printed media.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Planning and implemnting marketing outreach with potential partners who have a strong relationship with our target audience.
- Strategize, organize, implement and manage affiliate marketing campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all traditional and digital marketing campaigns

If you live and breathe traditional and digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across all channels.
What does an Integrated Marketing Manager do?
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Integrated marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers, academy tutors, designers etc), and partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing for strategic partnerships with focus on pitching our business ideas, concepts and content to certain influential people who have a strong relationship with our target audience.
- Outreach marketing that includes finding and teaming up with influencers to promote our business.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Managing and overseeing student's academy programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
NOTE: Added advantage if you reside around Omole, Ojodu and it’s environs.
Good to have Integrated Marketing skills:
- HND or BSc. degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Proven working experience in traditional marketing
- Experience in a related role, such as advertising, public relations, marketing management or marketing communications.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience running markeing outreach such as brand activations, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience working with social and economic influencers across multiple industry verticals
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience with documenting/drafting high converting business offers/proposals
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in traditional, online marketing and measurement
